Office Assistant

Description:

The primary focus of this position is to support the Accounting Manager and Accounting team by efficiently and effectively processing account data needed for the Revenue Cycle process. The position reports to the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact contractors to obtain additional information on bills or to negotiate pricing.

  • Communicate with co-workers, management, and others in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.

  • Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Invoice Processor
Commerce Township, MI | Full-Time

Description:

The primary focus of this position is to support the accounting team and the company’s overall Operations and Client Services by efficiently and effectively processing account data needed for the Revenue Cycle process. The position reports to the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Create invoices for customers and enter bills for contractors using QuickBooks

  • Contact contractors to obtain additional information on bills or to negotiate pricing.

  • Communicate with co-workers, management, and others in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and
    instructions.

  • Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative
Commerce Township, MI | Full-Time

Description:

PROS is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a fast-paced office that handles facility maintenance work for international retail stores. You must be organized, computer literate, able to multi-task, prioritize work flow and have a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to external and internal email requests for service to our clients

  • Locate and retain technicians to perform services

  • Communicate directly with customers to manage and update job status

  • Manage multiple jobs and customers while prioritizing jobs based upon need of client
